NB for best results from physical exercise it's best to approach it in conjunction with a healthy diet.

Nutrition
As a nutritionist I can work out what your ideal calorie intake should be (everybody is different) and work out, in line with your goals, guidelines for what you should be eating, in what quantities and when.
I usually ask people to keep me a diary for a few days for me to analyse and get an idea of habits, food preferences and dislikes. From here we can move in whatever direction you want; whether it be towards weight loss, taking on new dietary needs (eg. food intolerances or becoming a vegetarian) or just wanting a healthier lifestyle.
I don’t promote fad diets that can be damaging and misleading, but instead use educated and sensible approaches. Healthy eating shows best results in conjunction with regular exercise.

Cakes
Okay. Despite the obvious conflict of interest (Nutritionist and Confectioner) it is realistic to say that nobody can resist treats once in a while, and the treats I make come in the form of brownies.
I have come to realise that there are a lot of different dietary needs and so provide brownies that are wheat & gluten free, dairy free as well as regular.

Schools
Physical exercise and health awareness is important for children. I provide fun and imaginative circuit classes for primary ages, smoothie making workshops, basic dietary analysis and advice. (£300 for 10 pupils)
For high schools and colleges I provide pilates classes, circuit training and full dietary analysis & feedback. (£300 for 10 pupils)
I take classes of no more than 10 at one time; a session will last approximately 4 hours.

Rates - (After initial consultation)
£60 per package
A package includes everything detailed in the 'Nutrition' and 'Trainer' sections. It will consist of two 60 minute meetings and email and telephone contact.
A package can be a one off commitment to get a perspective on your health and well being, find a starting point and take on board some suggestions. Or you can use it as a monthly monitoring tool to see how you are improving your preference, I can discuss what will work best for you.
One-to-One Pilates Classes - £30
This is a individual class at your home consisting of mobilisation & strengthening, breathing techniques, relaxation & posture realignment.
